Welcome to my blog! So you may be asking yourself, WHO is this girl? So, I will do my best to tell you a little bit about myself, where I came from and what I do.

Born and raised in Orange County, CA, I began taking photos when I was 7 years old. My grandpa gave me an old Olympus point and shoot to take on our yearly family vacations, and use it I did! I took pictures of everything! He used to get frustrated that I would rarely take photos of the family, but instead, everything else!

When I graduated high school, I went to school for graphic design, where I excelled for a few years before deciding to combine my love of photography, with my love of graphic design.

In 2006 I moved to Denver on a whim, began shooting people, and working towards my goal of becoming a full time photographer. I continue to shoot a variety of different genre’s of photography, from fashion to weddings and everything in between. There is rarely a project that I will turn down, as any time I’m able to be behind my camera, is a good time for me!

Since I began shooting my style has been called “edgy.” I do try to take photos that are different, and stand out from the crowd, but more importantly, I am always attentive of my clients needs. I currently shoot with all Canon gear, and everything I do is digital. I use tools such as Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom for post-processing, and of course the eyes that God gave me.

I feel extremely blessed to have fallen into this profession where I am able to meet such amazing people, and travel to the most beautiful places in the world doing what I love!
