Yet another beautiful afternoon in Southern California! It feels so good to be out taking pictures of things I see. It’s been so long since I started shooting people, I’ve almost forgotten what it’s like to just roam around with your camera, and record the way you view the world. It’s so peaceful and calming. I took a few photos out of the car window. The rest centered around the HB Pier. I spent a lot of time around here as a kid, as we lived in HB until I was 7 years old. Such a beautiful little spot!

Hello everyone!! I’m alive! I know it’s been quiet here these last couple of months. I’ve had some sessions to get up, and have been so completely over whelmed with a new job, that this has been lacking. I’m very much working on fixing that!!! I hope you enjoy this latest session. Shot in Long Beach, CA with Janina and her finance Monty – I’m shooting their wedding later this year and they are such a lovely, lovely couple! What a great city Long Beach is to find random nooks and crannies that can be used as back drops. The day wasn’t as pretty as I had hoped, we battled rain during much of it, but the city, and Monty + Janina, shined!
