I took this photo the weekend before I moved from Denver, at City Park during a photo shoot. I didn’t think much of it, but quite a few people on facebook REALLY enjoyed this photo, so I’m posting it here. It has almost no post-processing, only a touch of color correction. Just another beautiful sunset during summer in Denver.

Hello world and blog followers! I apologize… my move to California has been wonderful, but also HECTIC! I haven’t gotten on the photography wagon out here just yet, although I have been going on quite a few day trips with my camera and trying to get my photo fix until things take off out here. I have also been working part-time doing graphic design for a design firm here, which has kept my spare time pretty full of designey goodness! I do have some shoots coming up later this month however, so keep your eyes peeled for some BEAUTIFUL models, couples, etc! Until then, I will continue posting my Southern California adventures!

The latest one was the Long Beach Aquarium of the Pacific. It was scorching hot today, but a trip through the halls of the Aquarium took my mind right off the heat. I love the beautiful fish, the sea otters, the sea lions… well, all sea creatures really! I’m an ocean girl at heart. Enjoy!
